Free Men’s Online Support Gathering: Thriving Through Anxiety & Stress
In addition to our regular online therapy services, we will be offering FREE ONLINE support groups. It will be a safe place to process/share/connect with self and others!
Rav Hillel will give over some crucial tools for making the most of this time of crisis; dealing with anxiety and stress, and channeling this ‘Emergency’ into an ‘Emergence’ of your highest self.
