Chaya (MA, Clinical Psychology) is an experienced and dynamic psychotherapist and group facilitator. Her style is warm, client-centered, and holistic.She integrates physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual modalities. Thus, sessions may include approaches such as traditional talk therapy, goal-setting, art,psychodrama, dream analysis, spiritual counseling and hypnotherapy. Chaya has worked extensively with a wide variety of topics including challenges in self-esteem and relationships, mental illness, sleep problems, eating disorders, and the clarification and implementation of one’s life’s calling. Chaya’s knowledge of and deep connection with Judaism profoundly informs the work that she does. She believes that her job is to create a sacred and affirming space for reflection, healing, transformation and ultimately JOY. Hillel is a caring and skilled CBT, Narrative & Family Systems Therapist. He received Rabbinic Ordination from Sulam Yaakov Yeshiva in Jerusalem where he also trained in spiritual & emotional counseling. Among other things, he is experienced in supporting individuals battling stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. Hillel also specializes in relationship challenges as well as supporting individuals struggling spiritually, looking for clarity or purpose, dealing with social problems and anger management. He has worked as a chaplain at St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and has also taught Jewish meditation both in Israel and in America for the past 25 years. Hillel’s style of therapy is spiritually-oriented, honest and penetrating. One of the cornerstones of his work is to help the client find the tools, truths, resources and strengths that he or she inherently possesses. Hillel works to create a safe, trusting and sacred space for transformation and healing.
